This is an awaome gym, equipment and building are very well taken care of. Everything works great almost all the time and when it doesn't they get fixed fast. Environment is nice and clean even the restrooms are super clean. Enjoy going there and having a peace of mind knowing that whichever area I workout in, it will be nice and clean.

One of the best and most affordable gyms in Laredo. It is well equipped and clean. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, I had a wonderful experience with their sales rep. Avril was amazing to work with and I can't wait to start my fitness journey!

Everyday my experience at the gym is amazing from the moment you walk in to the time you exit. As you walk in, the front desk staff greet you with smiles. The trainers are awesome and very encouraging. All of them know you by name and fist bumps you with smile which is very welcoming. However, I have to brag about my trainer, Wicho, who always motivates me to show up and workout. He shows he cares by constantly checking in with me to ensure that I'm on task.
