Equipment is great everything works well and I always feel welcomed especially when signing up gabby was such a great help.

The Laredo facilities need a lot of attention and maintenance. There are 2 or 3 machines out of order since more than one month ago I reported one that seemed nobody cared about after three weeks and still is not working. I think some members are moving to the new gym (Crunch) because of that
the gym is great!!! also gabby was super nice and helpful signing me up.

Staff is quite pleasant. This is one of the cleanest, well-kept gyms I've ever seen. The facilities and locker rooms are always clean, which gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm in a safe atmosphere. Victoria provided excellent customer service and went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied and welcomed. She took me on a tour of the gym and showed me around, answering any questions I had and being quite patient with me.
