My motto if your gonna do somethin do it right the first time and that's exactly what they're doin,not just throwin a gym together and it fall apart later so be patience y'all ;)
WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR IF I COULD. TERRIBLE gym service when it comes the personal training. I signed up for 3 months and was later told that I had been signed up for the 6 month program without my knowledge. Charges are up to $750 now on my account that they won’t close. Have spoken with three different managers about this and they all say I’m out of luck. I have proof of 6 different times my “personal trainer” cancelled on me (which equals out to a month and a half of the three months I signed up for). So I wasn’t even pr... read more

Horrible experience when I was getting a membership. It said online that they have a basketball court and I went and they didn’t have anything. Rude lady at the front desk as well

Walked in having just started a membership online, was told by the lady at the front desk that they didn’t do memberships online. finally, after showing that I did in fact sign up online she finally looked up my phone number and found me ,charge me two dollars for Scan login . She told me I’m good and walked away. Wasn’t shown where the locker rooms were or how any of the equipment worked or anything. Online said they had a basketball court. Been a long term member since it used to be heroes, which was way better than now. This place has gone downhill bad, always dirty, and since covid, they don't do 24/7 which is a huge disadvantage to us who work late. Just got kicked out of my workout cause they close at 10pm on fridays, then on sat and sun, the hours are way more limited. Save your money and go elsewhere, high maintenance fee too and nothing works. Will prob cancel soon.
