Whether you guys pass inspections or not this week. I'd like to thank you guys for providing us y'all's midland facility. I've been back and forth odessa to midland for the past 4 months 6 days a week to get my workouts in. Friendly staff. Can't wait for the new facility to open. Thanks!
I think the wait will be worth meanwhile eat healthy and do workout at home....can't wait for it tho
The wait is totally goin to be worth it I can't tell it's goin to be nothin but good that comes from here they met my expectations and beyond ... My motto if your gonna do somethin do it right the first time and that's exactly what they're doin,not just throwin a gym together and it fall apart later so be patience y'all ;)
Horrible experience when I was getting a membership. It said online that they have a basketball court and I went and they didn’t have anything. Rude lady at the front desk as well
Please fix all your out of order stair masters theirs only 2 working now after months of having two broke down and a lot of treadmills are out of order too!!!!
Walked in having just started a membership online, was told by the lady at the front desk that they didn’t do memberships online. finally, after showing that I did in fact sign up online she finally looked up my phone number and found me ,charge me two dollars for Scan login . She told me I’m good and walked away. Wasn’t shown where the locker rooms were or how any of the equipment worked or anything. Online said they had a basketball court. Been a long term member since it used to be heroes, which was way better than now. This place has gone downhill bad, always dirty, and since covid, they don't do 24/7 which is a huge disadvantage to us who work late. Just got kicked out of my workout cause they close at 10pm on fridays, then on sat and sun, the hours are way more limited. Save your money and go elsewhere, high maintenance fee too and nothing works. Will prob cancel soon.
I took my two kids 12year old and 10 and not the first time. We started our workout when they come up and asked how old was my 10 year old I said 10 and he asked for proof they never have asked or told me I had to take proof....I have been going throw a rough time and I had found time to go too and they come out with this.
