I took my two kids 12year old and 10 and not the first time. We started our workout when they come up and asked how old was my 10 year old I said 10 and he asked for proof they never have asked or told me I had to take proof....I have been going throw a rough time and I had found time to go too and they come out with this.
Terrible management and major rip off. Tried canceling back in August and was told to wait till my contract was up. Contract was up this year in march and now i get word im still being charged on a new month to month deal and was never made aware of it and they claim they have no record of me going in or calling about canceling
Recommendedis been more than a week and man restroom and showers still out off service WTF, No Water on facility
My husband and I have been members of this gym for many year and i have had no issues or complains until today. I have not been to the gym for 4-5 weeks due to medical reasons. Today i return and a lot of the staff has changed. My children also attend the daycare. Anytime my kid has had an issue, someone from the daycare would come and get either my husband or myself to talk to our kid and then everything is fine. I went to check it out with hubby . I like it everything looked clean, just the lady’s workout section needed a lot of dumbbells. Lots were missing but had a good work out
The gym is an all right size for how many people go there. We’ve been there for over a year now and the staff is nice except for their new head personal trainer. I don’t no where they found this guy but he’s not professional AT ALL. I don’t understand how he’s the “head trainer”when he’s NEVER training people. He’s got so much time on his hands he walks around and stares like a creep.hes honestly made the gym very uncomfortable for me since he started. Got a good workout . Need more clips for machines. There cheap keep stacks in mgrs office or something .
I usually go to the north midland location first time at the Odessa location. not a single bar bell was on the rack finding the free weights was impossible since no one puts the weights up when there done. It was impossible to get a work out there
