Gym has many amanities to offer but I personally enjoy the classes offered daily throughout the day.
I’ve had a membership for 2 years now and I agree the past couple of months a huge change! If it wasn’t for the class instructors I would have left they are all amazing ! Staff is so much more nicer and welcoming at the desk. Great gym great atmosphere!
I absolutely love this gym! It offers many classes and has a variety of equipment. I love how they have a section specifically for women. The dry sauna is AMAZING! And everything is just great! The vibe, the people, and the energy. Everyone is focused on themselves. Sad to have to be leaving � but it was fun while it lasted! Thanks Heroes! �
I have noticed huge improvements in this gym over the last few months since Ricky became the manager!! The staff is always so friendly, cheerful, and helpful! ( which was not always the case previously) the gym is always clean and no longer has the awful smell that it used to. I got a membership here about 9 months ago, basically for the classes, while still holding a membership at another gym in town. I wanted to just have the one membership but at that time nothing about this gym really made me want to commit to it full ... read more
Wanted to say that in the past couple of months there have been so much improvement. Rick is an awesome manager. The staff is friendly when you walk in the door (major difference in attitude), the gym is clean, even cleaned up the outside. He's very engaged in the staff and guest. What a breath of fresh air.
