RecommendedI've been a member at this gym for several years now and have had nothing but good experiences here. The facilities are great with plenty of weights and equipment for everyone. I go workout in the early morning, and the other patrons are friendly and welcoming. Heroes also has good locker room facilities as well as a sauna, juice bar, and tanning booths. I started back again and I like it. The only complain I have is the WiFi signal really sucks. When I connect to it the signal always drops and I get disconnected. Get a better WiFi service please.

My daughter does her excising there so I thought what the heck it's a new year I'm 63 retired so I thought I should exercise get myself into shape for the summer and I'm so far really love It. My favorite is the water massage bed at the end to help soothe the muscles and help me sleep well that night
Best Zumba instructors in the world....best choice I made all year....I love this gym oh and I can't forget those awesome massage chairs!!
