Well over all I like the gym. But there is a group exercise room with D-RINGS and a rope. I asked one of the front desk people if I could go in and use them on my own. Was told no I have to have a trainer with me to use that room. I don't need a trainer, All I wanted to do is some D-ring back workout and do the rope. I don't ever see anyone in there using them. So if I know what I'm doing why can't I use them? Or get some D-rings and a rope for others to use.
Love this place! Me and my husband have been going here over a year and it's clean, relatively quiet when we go and lots to pick from. I love the cardio dark room.
