Going to miss TruFit when I move! Loved the employees and the trainers they were always nice. Especially Isaiah, he helped me with my cancellation process!

Called around of time to make sure the gym accepted my insurance talked with Maddie on the phone she gave me all the information I needed that brought me into the gym. When I came into the gym she was so quick to help me out and also got assistance from Jada who finished that process of sign up.

I thought I had the basic membership and was going to transfer gyms but the front desk Makayla informed me that I had the membership with multiple gym access and no need for a gym transfer, if it wasn’t for her useful info I wouldn’t have known.
