TERRIBLE experience at Truly Forever Bridal 😭. I wish I read all the other negative reviews before going - complete regret! Bottom line: AT THIS STORE, I FEEL LIKE A SALE, NOT A BRIDE!!! Shame on you truly bridal!! My sister went in for a wedding dress fitting and was told they couldn’t hold the dress because it was unable to be ordered and told my sister not to worry that it’s a big size but not to worry a big woman wouldn’t buy it. Shame on you Cece! How very unprofessional for complaining about my niece and nephew being there. You would think to do better when women are coming to you for the biggest day of their lives.

I went to my appointment overjoyed to find the dress - since they are supposed to be the biggest bridal shop in the area. I was very open minded and flexible for different styles and fits.... I recently purchased a wedding dress in December 2017. I instantly regretted this purchase. The sales consultant convinced me to get a dress that was a few sizes too big because she claimed that was the only size that would fit my hips and it would be better to get the rest of the dress altered.
