I’ve worked with Erika for my purchase and a majority of the follow up for my gown. I bought my wedding dress in January 2023 for our December wedding. The purchasing experience was truly wonderful. I felt beautiful, respected, and well attended to. I took my dress home same day and we ordered my veil and crinoline. My veil arrived no problem. My crinoline was one size fits most. During pandemic.. No assistance with changed schedules, or compassion on revising ANYTHING, DUE TO HER LOSS OF SALES DURING PANDEMIC.. Never once was a refund asked for.. Only a change in dress ( bought for cold months, but HAD to change wedding plans, due to pandemic)... Only response was, there is nothing I can do, but sale you another dress...

From the time we walked in they let us know what time they wanted to close and 45 minutes later, after trying on a few dresses, they told us they don’t think they have what we are looking for. ⁉️ Compared to the service at other bridal shops, it was a very disappointing experience and the bride-to-be was in tears.

When trying on dresses from “the floor” is was not explained properly about alterations. Dresses that were not my daughter’s size were brought to her to try on by the consultant. We had the understanding there were 3 alterations with the price of the dress when in fact the alterations are not included and rather expensive. If it would have been explained properly from the beginning, we would have requested to try on dresses only her size instead of dresses 4 sizes too big brought to her by the consultant. Truly Forever is great for brides with a short timeline! They sell their dresses off the rack so you avoid having to order a gown and wait 6 months for it to come in. They didn’t have much in my size and what I wanted and since they sell off the rack, I wasn’t able to look at other sizes even if it was the perfect dress and place it on order.
