There was a slight miscommunication about a part being needed for the stove and we weren’t informed. But a second call yielded a visit from a very nice gentleman (forgot his name, but he’s been with the company forever) who explained that a newer guy had answered the call and not left a note. So far our oven is working better and not incinerating our food. My only complaint —and I should have put it in the notes when I requested — was that the door to the kitchen at the top of the stairs was closed when we returned. We l... read more

This is the best experience I’ve had renting in Buffalo in 20 years. Beautiful, roomy apartment with a garage and lovely trees, quiet street. Maintenance is the best, regardless if it’s a big job or minor.
