Fast and efficient with getting issues fixed. Just wish there was some more communication about when maintenance would be at my apartment, rather than showing up without notice.

Kenmore Development has been a top notch customer service driven company. When a work order is made, they respond quickly and efficiently. The maintenance men always come to work with a smile and with a service attitude. I know that people can be demanding, disrespectful even. There was a slight miscommunication about a part being needed for the stove and we weren’t informed. But a second call yielded a visit from a very nice gentleman (forgot his name, but he’s been with the company forever) who explained that a newer guy had answered the call and not left a note. So far our oven is working better and not incinerating our food. My only complaint —and I should have put it in the notes when I requested — was that the door to the kitchen at the top of the stairs was closed when we returned. We l... read more

This is the best experience I’ve had renting in Buffalo in 20 years. Beautiful, roomy apartment with a garage and lovely trees, quiet street. Maintenance is the best, regardless if it’s a big job or minor.
