We had rats caused by our neighbor. Nobody did anything for two months. They destroyed our furniture, our food, our one year old toys and you think because eventually you rectified the situation by getting a new exterminator would deter us from not being upset we never got our money back for any of those items. After they discovered it was beyond the scope of their expertise, we contacted professional to take care of the issue.
