The other three were considered structures but uninsured as houses. So I called the Turbo to get the other 3 covered. After weeks of non-communication, I called again. -Minus 5 stars-I sooooo would give minus stars if I could.......everytime I called *****, my representative, my call went to voicemail. Be prepared, he screens his calls and returns them only about 60% of the time and when he does return the call, he is uninformed and has no answers.... he has to pass everything on to the home office and then maybe they will get a hold of you. First I was provided incorrect information and charged more than quoted. Subsequent emails AND voicemails go unanswered today is day 3 without a response. Terrible service from the beginning which is why I am dropping them.
