STAY AWAY !!! A shady way of doing business will double your premiums without any notice. I have received zero communication from them when they doubled my premium. No one could give me an answer as to why that happened. When we did get a *** on the phone, they had NO clue what they were talking about.
0 stars. I made clear to the insurance agent that our property had four different houses with four different addresses. She wrote the policy so that only one was covered. The other three were considered structures but uninsured as houses. So I called the Turbo to get the other 3 covered. After weeks of non-communication, I called again. Finally ****** let me know they wouldnt help us out. I repeatedly asked for a partial refund since the policy was written under false pretenses. Again no communication.
