We woke up on Thursday morning with no hot water. I called into the office shortly after 8:00 am. By 4:00 pm we had a new hot water heater installed and hot water again shortly after. I greatly appreciate being fitted in the same day. I'm sure the two gentlemens' day was extended, but they definitely did not show any issue with that. Thank you for always providing prompt, efficient service.
I needed a sump pump inspected and sealed for the sale of my home. Josh got here right on time which was appreciated because I had to get to work after. He did a great job and was very friendly and respectful.

I've had Turek's install a battery back up sump pump this past winter, and last week they installed new toilets in our home. Pleasant, responsive people and an overall great value. April, Jeremy and Erik did a fantastic job in handling our requests and small job. They are my go to team for plumbing issues and I recommend them for your plumbing needs.
I was scheduled to have work done on a Friday, but was getting ready to put house on market so there was some urgency. Megan called me back on a Tuesday (the day after I scheduled my initial appointment) and they were able to fit me in ahead of schedule. Megan was so helpful on the phone. I had questions, and she answered them right away. Chad was awesome. He explained things to my husband and got everything done for us. He even stayed a bit longer to make sure that the flush mechanism in our toilet shut off completely between flushes.
Dealt with Megan in the office and Cory was they Tech that responded. Both very friendly and professional, and quick response time. Cory explained everything first then went right to work . Cory did an awesome job, very nice and neat work no mess left behind either.
On time, very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional about the way they went about replacing our bathtub fittings. Could not have asked for a better team. Thank you
