Amazing service & most respectful knowledgeable plumber! Best in the Valley!
Josh *. came out to do some work on our sump pump. I felt he was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me what I thought was a fair quote. He ran into a small issue at the end of the job. He spent a little extra time making sure everything was hooked up properly, yet still charged me the same price. Not a lot of businesses will do that. He was very cordial and friendly but after not knowing what was causing the problem he offered 3 solutions. How can you have a solution if you don’t know what is causing the problem? It was very clear he was trying to up sell. He quickly dismissed my speculations without even looking into them. We’ve used the company in the past and have been very satisfied but this experience was very different and not meaningful.
