I would rate a five on all of them. What we like the most about the community is that it is a beautiful place. My dad said the food was great. The people were really nice and caring. Yes, I would recommend Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast to other families, I'm glad I contacted a place for Mom. It was truly the best resource and I got everything I needed.
Tuscan Gardens has been wonderful to work with. Both [name removed]& [name removed]have really gone over and beyond to accommodate our needs. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and support. The professionalism and kindness has been greatly appreciated.

Everyone we dealt with extremely kind. The staff was very helpful and kind to my mother. I'm very thankful for the services and help they provided my mother and father (and our whole family) during an extremely difficult time.

My mom loved the staff. She didn't know why they were so nice to her or remembered what she liked to eat and drink. But she loved that they did. She also loved the food. She wouldn't let me take her out because she didn't want to miss the great lunch they were serving. We had mothers Day buffet with her. My nephew and his wife were in town, so we had a nice sized group. We had a lot of fun and we're so impressed by the food. The only negative was the nursing staff and the medication. Very friendly and professional staff. They care about their residents. Happy hour get together every day. Parties and get together's for every holiday. Food is very good. We were very happy when my mother was a resident there. If they are able they can go shopping and on outings.

The facility is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the time I spent with my dad either sharing a meal together in the dining room ([name removed]is amazing!) or outside in the courtyard in the sun listening to the fountain. Dad even got to putt on the green, which allowed me to see joy I haven’t seen in a really long time. His room was spacious and clean and well appointed. We highly recommend Tuscan Gardens to anyone who is looking for a warm, welcoming home away from home for their loved one.

Since February 2024 Tuscan Gardens has improved in all areas. New management has brought in some new personnel that has a tremendous, positive difference. Food services have always been excellent. Morale has greatly improved.

I have found the staff to be most cooperative. The kitchen staff is to be commended for their service and quality of food. It's wonderful. Living here has been a real pleasure.
