The staff members and other residents at Tuscan Gardens of Palm Crest have been so amazing and based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their elderly loved ones.
The residents seemed happier and more active than other places and the staff were really responsive to our questions. Also the facility is beautiful and very new so quite open and airy.The community has very friendly staff and lots of activities for residents. They are also very attentive to any medical needs of the residents.

Food and food service are excellent. Staff is understanding and helpful. Helpers do a good job and are polite. Facility is clean and nicely decorated.
We had a very nice tour experience with Tuscan Gardens, we were really considering this facility especially because the location would have been close. The staff were great as well but we found another facility that fit my loved ones needs better.
My name is [name removed] and I come from Reading, PA. where I lived for about 89 years. In [date removed], I took a serious fall and my daughter brought me to Florida where she found a place with a lovely setting called Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast. STAY AWAY! If you care anything about your parent or loved one, stay away from this facility. It is all “smoke and mirror”. As you walk in you will babe hit with the smell of urine. My mother was not bathed nor her hair washed for over a week till she smelled, she was dropped by staff, and needed to go to the hospital, her teeth were lost her first week, the food is dreadful and the staff never smiles Please find another place for your mom!
