Verified Renter Been here for over 10 years, only complaint is the parking. Management and maintenance are nice and willing to help when needed. It's clean and quiet, and I love the pool, it's never crowded and I usually have it all to myself.
Verified Renter I love where I live my kids grew up here my mom lived here before she passed so Tuscany bay apartments has sentimental value for me. And the Kandy lady is awesome.

The apartments are perfect for a single individual such as myself or even a larger family that needs extra space to keep everything organized and clutter free. The community never feels threatening and with the convenience of being located right behind the local Walmart, it is extremely easy to obtain anything you need at your convenience. Verified Renter Tuscany Bay is an excellent place to live. I have used the fitness room, grounds maintenance is good, apartment is in excellent condition. If there was an amenity that could be added it would be a microwave.
