The apartments are perfect for a single individual such as myself or even a larger family that needs extra space to keep everything organized and clutter free. Verified Renter Tuscany Bay is an excellent place to live. I have used the fitness room, grounds maintenance is good, apartment is in excellent condition. If there was an amenity that could be added it would be a microwave.

Verified Renter Wonderfully situated apartment community situated near the heart of Lawrenceburg yet off the main road with country setting. Apartments have been beautifully updated with higher end finishes. A true piece of heaven settled in wonderful Lawrenceburg.
