Verified Renter Tuscany Bay is an excellent place to live. I have used the fitness room, grounds maintenance is good, apartment is in excellent condition. If there was an amenity that could be added it would be a microwave.

Verified Renter Wonderfully situated apartment community situated near the heart of Lawrenceburg yet off the main road with country setting. Apartments have been beautifully updated with higher end finishes. A true piece of heaven settled in wonderful Lawrenceburg.

Verified Renter There’s a pool here which is great, but they don’t open it. The lady in the office is also rude and doesn’t remember you even if you spoke 5 times.
Verified Renter Apartments are ok. Getting to talk to management is nearly impossible, even though she says you can call anytime, but she never answers the calls. She is constantly lying. She threw our bikes away that were in the bike rack locked up. I don't know why they were discarded when they were where they were supposed to be. They even cut the lock wr had on the bike. And said she had sent out an email, which never happened. And then never did anything to make up for it. This place has gone downhill since the new comp... read more
Huge Monthly Fee & Lazy Management We've lived here several years and this year has been the worst. The property manager is non-existent and work orders do not get entered into the system. The manager says she doesn't have records and I will forward emails sent months earlier. She lets trash sit around the complex and doesn't schedule grass to be cut. They have a huge problem with bugs, snakes and other rodents. Choose another option. Don't waste your money!!!
Good Price, Bad management I have lived in Tuscany Bay Apartments for almost 4 years now and it is getting worse as time goes by. The Cons: In 4 years we have had at least 3 different property managers and countless maintenance personnel. It is becoming very difficult to get things repaired in a timely fashion and when they do send someone to fix something, it's never done right the first time.
