RecommendedJust brought our 2022 CX-30 Preferred Level in for a software update as I was getting an alert inside the speedometer on Sunday. I sent a text to Chance (the "Professor") as soon as I saw it and he recommended I bring it in and make an appointment on-line for Monday at 9:30 a.m. (very easy to navigate). I was there by 8:30 and was greeted promptly and assigning a service advisor that knew exactly what was needed to resolve the alert. Amazing story...thanks to Southwest Airlines and Tustin Mazda I got my camera, and most importantly my memories back. This camera has been lost since August 28, 2013. I had an amazing experience with OC Mazda just yesterday. I stopped by the dealership to just “look” at the CX-5. Larry Henderson came out to greet me. I have to be honest I really don’t like the car buying process but it’s a necessary evil. Larry was so relaxed with me and he let me do the talking first.
