This dealership is the best! The people here are so nice, they don’t try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff that you don’t need or tell you that you need unnecessary repairs... they have never done me wrong. Best Mazda dealership I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Very professional and friendly staff, gorgeously remodeled office and waiting lounge. Nobody here will rush you through your questions or make you feel like you’re just a number. Very impressed with the staff and level of service my car received. I’m happy to call this location my new “home” dealership. Highly recommended!
This place is AMAZING. I had such a fun experience buying my new-to-me Mazda 3 hatchback. My salesman, who goes by Frog, was GREAT. You hear so many stories about bad buying experiences at car dealerships, OC Mazda is the polar opposite. Everyone was so nice & helpful, they even celebrated with me when I got the keys. I really can't thank Frog enough for everything. If you want a great time buying a new Mazda you have to come here and ask for him :)
Best car shopping experience ever. I work in automotive for a living and have seen the hell customers experience, from personal and professional experience. But, Tustin Mazda is far from that typical car shopping experience. We actually had a lot of fun while shopping for my 2017 CX5. Yes, we were there for a few hours, but it did NOT feel like it. Very happy with our experience. Chance Asue in the internet sales department was excellent in answering all of our questions when purchasing a car for our son. Turned out based on his knowledge we purchased a different car than what we had in mind. He did not upsell us, he gave us all of the information and we decided they a Mazda 3 Hatchback fit our needs over a CX5.
