Dustin has been great in overseeing my vehicle. I actually prefer to bring it in when he is on shift because he is so good at customer service. We had some complicated issues with my Z and I was confidant Dustin was taking care of it and he did. He is a very detailed person and that is an awesome quality to have in a position like his.

Tustin Nissan makes getting my car serviced easy. From making the appointment on line, to dropping my car off, to communications with the service advisor and picking it up everything was efficient. The staff is very professional.
Finally, the service is professionL and polite. The last THREE times was not good for me. I understand. In fact the time before yesterday took Three and a half hours. Yowch....the mechanic did come in and say he was sorry and new.,that was sweet, plus I didn't get a great car wash like yesterday. I brought my car in for a service recall and a oil and filter change and tire rotation. They did all that and while my car was there they found a leak in my transmission seal and also fixed that under warranty. I appreciate them checking other things and making sure I don't have to bring my car in another time. The only thing I was disappointed with (only a slight disappointment) is that they didn't call me when my car was completed and by the time they called I was already home with my car.
