"Worry Free" Service was completed in a timely manner and I was grateful they washed my car. Jared informed me that my car was due for a major tune up but I was only there for an oil change. I told him it would have to wait unit next month. He educated me on what it would do if I prolonged the service in the summer but I like the fact he didn't pressure me into getting it done.
"Oil change" Good services including adding air pressure, oil changes, inspection. I found my car having muffler noice while hitting brakes right after picking up the car. So I dropped off next day morning and it was taken care of, highly recommended
"Gas light not working properly " Always Great customer service and attentive to my car needs, any questions I have Nipsy is always able to help with and answer and follow up with me.
"Exceptional Professional " I took my car for service and was confronted by Jared the advisor. He was polite knowledgeable courteous and professional. Answered all our questions and came thru on his promises. We will DEFINITELY come back and tell our families to see Jared for their future services.
"Service" Jared is the best. I always feel like I am being taken care of here. I will never take my car any where else. Tustin Nissan is it for me.
"Service for recall" Carl was very efficient and thorough. Answered my questions and took time as needed with me . Also referred me to a body shop for some quotes.

I was in on Saturday, August 29th to look at a possible new car. I had done my research online and found 3 I was interested in. Fabian took the time to show me the cars and allowed me to test drive all of them. He explained all the features and after some time, I made my choice.
