I do not recommend this company to anyone for handling tickets. They don’t know how to communicate with clients or do their job properly. I strongly advise against using them.

This company has been a source of significant frustration for me. I received a ticket and a court date set for the eighth. Despite being given 48 hours for an attorney to contact me I have yet to receive a response. Furthermore, I was given a 48-hour window to receive a call from the TVC company, but I have not been able to get a hold of them. We paid this company $300 for a lawyer and $60 for a subscription to fight a speeding ticket in Oregon. This was the first ticket in the U.S., which means disputing it or reducing it to a lower-class violation shouldn’t have been an issue at all! The court date was postponed, and they did absolutely nothing. I’m not even sure if the lawyer showed up in court. In the end, we wasted $360, and the ticket still has to be paid.
