paid them $700 to handle my traffic ticket. At that time, they promised me that they would fight my case with a good attorney. However, later on, they did not take any action or properly handle my ticket. They also never informed me that they had not gone to court on my behalf. They committed fraud against me. As a result, the ticket was added to my driving record, and they still kept the $700 I paid them.

Not worth the cost at all. I ended up paying for two months of membership at $59.95 and a $299 fee to cover the ticket, just to "save" $57.50 on my ticket. I then still had to send $118.25 to the court directly. The total ticket would have been $175 but I ended up paying $537.15. This place is a scam and nowhere near worth the cost. Nothing like 10-4 by wex or any other discount programs This people messed up the way founding transfers are setup. Very incompetent and inconvenient

I do not recommend this company to anyone for handling tickets. They don’t know how to communicate with clients or do their job properly. I strongly advise against using them.

This company has been a source of significant frustration for me. I received a ticket and a court date set for the eighth. Despite being given 48 hours for an attorney to contact me I have yet to receive a response. Furthermore, I was given a 48-hour window to receive a call from the TVC company, but I have not been able to get a hold of them. We paid this company $300 for a lawyer and $60 for a subscription to fight a speeding ticket in Oregon. This was the first ticket in the U.S., which means disputing it or reducing it to a lower-class violation shouldn’t have been an issue at all! The court date was postponed, and they did absolutely nothing. I’m not even sure if the lawyer showed up in court. In the end, we wasted $360, and the ticket still has to be paid.
