RecommendedHonestly this place saved my life I’ll start off with that. If I never went or if I AMA’d, I’d either still be out there or be dead. My counselor, Leslie, taught me many concepts and gave me suggestions that I followed to the point now where I have 7 1/2 months clean and sober. I wouldn’t be where I’m at without 12 oaks. With that said, the place isn’t perfect. RecommendedMy experience at this rehab was good, there were definitely some ups and downs but when you’re trying to get sober, that’s expected. Honestly if it wasn’t for my counselor Christina, I would have left early, never come back, and probably still be out using. She truly is amazing and cares so much for her patients. She helped me change my life. I recommend this place, but HIGHLY recommend her as your counselor!!!!

RecommendedKnowledgeable clinicians and caring staff. Structured schedule yet enough down time to work on assignments and self care. Dietary staff will accommodate to your needs if you communicate with them. Recreational therapy during my stay included lots of time spent kayaking and swimming, weather permitting, and Bethany and Dave are very easygoing and a lot of fun. RecommendedThe staff at 12 Oaks saved .y life and started me on my road to recovery. Today I am 18 months and 2 weeks old, clean, sober and happy. Besides getting a second chance on life with The 12 step programs of AA and NA, I was introduced to Celebrate Recovery. This facility has a wonderful Military/First Responder and PTSD Counselor. Thanks again to ALL the staff at 12 Oaks Navarre.
RecommendedSaved my life y'all! I've had 3 surgeries and about to have a skin graft I'm doing it all with no pain meds it's hard but I have an almost 3 year old babygirl who needs her mommy to always be ok! I miss all yall! Mrs Lawann you got my groove back girl thanks so much!
