The staff are unprofessional. Late on medications, the nurse practitioner needs her license revoked for several reasons. The male patients are just wondering into female rooms as they please, ect.
Do not send your loved ones there they are bully’s and just bill insurance for no reason. The staff think they can threaten patients they have no compassion for hurting kids they threaten to punch my son in the face . And never return calls after they bill your insurance or self pay I know for a fact most reviews on here are fake and come from staff and get paid extra to do so More to be revealed
last year I went to 12 oaks and loved it. found myself slipping so where else to go? worst mistake ever. Jules is a horrible a person that one can be. they left me in detox unable to sleep for 4 days then finally have me something to sleep after I lost it. and they moved me into a ☣️ of a room. couldn't breath. I'm anemic they stuck me next to the AC. DON'T PISS OFF JULES. AND DAVE'S FAT P0G SELF STILL KNOWS NOTHING OF HONOR. And they all need fired for letting a man walk around for over a week with no shower.
I've been addicted to Cocaine for over 35 years and I have been in all sorts of and types of Rehabs including here. The most effective one was Gulf Breeze Recovery. When God is ready for you to become sober and stay sober He will. Some of us have to carry this cross for the rest of our lives.
Cold Turkey is not the way to go. UTI on top of that sent me to Ft. Walton Medical Hospital for 5 days. They still want payment for the 6 days I was induced to a hospital.
Stay away!!!!!! Money grabbing and rude.
This place needs an overhaul in there staff. Especially the CEO Named Joe, he kicked me out the day before yesterday. With 10 dollars and I was dropped off at a hotel. Spend my own money on it and a bud ticket to get home. Just shows the lack of care from them in general. I won’t ever be back or suggest anyone in the future to go there.
Horrific experience. No structure or routine that is actually doable. Do not send anyone with disabilities here. They cannot handle it and will not reach out to outside hospitals until it is almost too late. I didn’t meet my counselor until 7 days in, and wasn’t kept informed about anything ever. They refused me my digestive enzymes for 5 hours from 9 pm when I asked until 2 am when they finally called the doctor. I had upwards of 15 seizures while here and they refused to call 911.
Absolutely not!!!!!My son was lied to from the beginning, He was told He only had to pay 50.00 and then make arrangements for remainder insurance didn't pay. that was a complete lie. After he was there, I had to come up with 700 and then he could make arrangements 😠They did NOT help him one bit. The ONLY thing they did was stress him out by harrashing him everyday he was there for payment. 😠I'm considering getting a lawyer. Twelve Oats did more harm than good.
