He told me he wanted to find me a car that I was in love with and he did exactly that.. drove up to the other dealership in Knoxville and he met me at work with the car because I didn’t have time to go during the day. They give you the run around. You never can get a straight answer out of them. Tried to deal with Juan. Not good at getting replies back. Says he can get it done. But then doesn’t get it done. No response back.
Buying my car was a easy process, the car salesman was great. But the aftermath is what upsets me. The vehicle I purchased had just recently been traded in, the only thing that had been “checked” was the mechanics duties. It had not been detailed and was pretty gross on the inside. The salesman told me I could bring the car up one day and they will detail it for me, I said okay no problem. We got the car took it home and I was ecstatic to finally have a new to me car. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VECHILES from this dealership. the car salesman finesse anyone they think they see dollar signs around. I bought a jeep a year ago , soon as I pulled out of the lot, it started having problems. Also when I purchased it, it already had 100,000 miles on it and I’m still paying for repairs to this day. I have a stack of receipts of all the repair’s I’ve had to continuously replace and purchase. I have collected over $4000 worth of debt dealing with that dealership & the vehicle they gave to me . I went to make my first car purchase the car was not at the lot. I was told the manager’s wife was driving it while her car was in the shop. I was notified when the car was back on the lot and we went to purchase the vehicle. Juan was a great salesman to work with. He was easy to talk to, not pushy or deceiving.
