First I talked with them on Facebook messenger all day yesterday. They told me that my 2018 Kia Sportage with 15000 miles would qualify for the KBB 4K over offer they had going. Sorry to hear of your experience. As you may know there are many factors that go into purchasing a vehicle. Yes your trade value is an important one. We actually were offering $6,000 over KBB for all trades. That Jeep you were looking at has a bad transmission, that is why you were not able to look at it. Depending on your credit, and negative equity depends on the vehicle that would work for you. RecommendedJake is the way to go when buying a car. He is knowledgeable and fast. Quick honest help made this purchase happen. Many thanks for our great experience. The man who wrote up our contract and agreement is only concerned for the sale. Had to call a couple times on the same things and he was very rude and mean on the phone. They want the business but after the fact they don’t care. Very disappointed but I’m sure they don’t care.
Me and my fiance came in there yesterday 6/29/19 about 5 pm to look at a 2wd 4 door jeep wrangler. we spoke with a salesman. i cannot remember his name. he was an older guy that had a blue button up shirt. and a hat and sunglasses. we told him what we had to trade and our situation. Went there because of the ad on the radio (completely misleading of course). The ad says they WILL pay off your trade NO MATTER HOW MUCH you owe. That is a complete LIE and a tactic to get you in the door. While they can't have fine print on the radio, they could add to it certain restrictions apply.
