This was warranty work. I expected a hassle. Not one issue, they took care of the problem, gave me a loaner and kept me informed.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The waiting area was one of the nicest I've been in and after my service was completed I was given helpful advice when I was discussing possible upgrades to my vehicle with the service writer.
Much better than the first visit. However they were unable to service my transmission due to the lack of a "special tool". I wish they would have communicated this to me a little quicker. I ended up buying a truck while waiting. Lol
I took our 2025 Colorado in to get front fender clip adjusted. I drove up to the door they took it in listened to my concern and in less than 1 and half hours they called to say it was done. Great job good people.
They were prompt getting me in. They have a great lobby and waiting are with coffee and soda. They figured out the problem and corrected the issue without having to come back. It was a great experience.

They always do a great job and are fast and efficient. The only issue I had was when I first arrived I wasn't sure where to go and no one was very helpful. They just looked at me and looked away. No one helped guide me to where I needed to go. So that was disappointing.
