Service and customer service was excellent. This service answered all my questions and concerns. This time very satisfied with all services and customer service.
I called and made an appointment. When I arrived, everything went according to expectations. I find the Subaru Sevice Department extremely well organized and through in their Service.
Great experience, my car was covered in big guts from a long trip and they even gave it a complimentary wash.
Easy fast efficient we were in and out without issue
There are a lot of things that I like about the service as well as customer service. I don't have any complaints
I came in and asked for tire change-out for Summer season, also oil change. I think my car runs better now. While waiting in the lobby, they came and asked where is the key to the lock on the wheels. I said it is under the passenger seat. When I came to get the car again, I totally forgot to ask for that key back. I came back the next Monday and they had it there (after I called) and gave it back with out any fanfare... Good job, keeping that key, which is pretty hard to replace.
