Everything was good besides a loose oil drain plug
Recently had a transmission service and oil change. They also replaced my front brakes under warranty. I appreciated the shuttle service to my house as well as the quick turnaround for the service. I also liked that they didn't try to upsell any additional services.
The agents were friendly and helpful. This site provides reasonable costs and fast services.
Nice oil change job. Was offered a free car wash but since it was pouring rain, I declined since it would be a waste of time and resources ( the person ahead of me did accept free wash, lol)
I arrived early for my appointment hoping they could sneak me in early and my wishes came true, There was no cars in line waiting, and they put me in with no problems. They were courteous, respectful, and friendly. I will continue to take my subaru there for service.
