I appreciate how personal and professional the service dept was AFTER having to be rescheduled because they sent my ordered part for my broken door lock back even though I had an appointment scheduled! Extremely frustrating since I live 3 1/2 hours away and had I not checked before travelling the next day, would have had to return. Ugh! Upon arriving for the rescheduled appointment, I was given a loaner car, which was extremely appreciated. Upon getting my FIXED car back, however, I was unable to even open my door! Argh!
