I have always had a good experience with the staff and doctors at Twin Maples. Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to my beloved Josey after 21 years. Everyone there was so understanding and gentle. What really just impressed me was that we received a beautiful hand written note from the doctor, it was heartfelt and it meant so much to us. I just can’t say enough good things about this clinic and the staff, just wonderful people through and through.

Ive been taking my pets to Twin Maples for years and this time, I felt completely judged by everyone, including the doctor. I felt cut off when trying to ask questions and looked down on because of the surgery I elected to have done on my kitten. I always enjoyed bringing my pets here because I felt they got quality care but I don't think I'll be returning.

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at twin maples. They took the time to make sure I fully understood what was going on with my pet and what options we had for his care. Love them!
