Dr. Miles always takes great care of my pup. She found he had a heart murmur (luckily it was nothing serious). She is very thorough during the exams and explains everything clearly. You can tell she cares about the animals and she knows what she's talking about!

Some of the sweetest, most caring people I know. They know you and your pets name when you walk in the door. I was there to put my doggie to sleep and they were very patient and let me take all the time I needed. It's not the first pet I've had to do this with at Twin Maples and the staff cries along with you. Dr. Miles too. We love her and she will always be who takes care of my pets. When I was leaving I noticed the candle was lit so everyone would know that someone was losing a loved one. That's really cool they do that.

Took my Mama Cat here today for the first time to get caught up on shots and neutered. They were very informative and welcoming and treated her very well. When I picked her up I noticed the candles that let everyone in the building know someone was losing a pet so they could keep their voices low and be respectful which I found incredibly smart and sympathetic. Will be returning with my other kitties and her of course. Thank you for the great care and time.
