I’m very disappointed with my visit today. I called around 930 to schedule an appointment, she said get there around 4 so I could fill out paperwork. I’ve read reviews and knew to show up on time. I got there at 330 and the system is rebooting. They said they can’t find any information about an appointment for me. I show the lady my phone, proving I called and made an appointment, but that didn’t matter. Not one person in the waiting room and she sends me away. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Ive been taking my pets to Twin Maples for years and this time, I felt completely judged by everyone, including the doctor. I felt cut off when trying to ask questions and looked down on because of the surgery I elected to have done on my kitten. I always enjoyed bringing my pets here because I felt they got quality care but I don't think I'll be returning.
They got me right inon late Saturday because my veterinary was close my doggie care bear was sick .they made her feel better

I have been a client at Twin Maples for 20+ years. There customer service has steadily been declining and prices in lining, but today was the last straw. I had an appt at 10:05am. I had to go downtown and file paperwork at 9am, but the power was out and it delayed everything. I called twin maples at 9:30 to ask them if I could reschedule to a later time, and at first we decided 10:25, but changed it to 11:10 because the courts downtown were way behind.
