If you don’t confirm your appointment even though you filled out all the paperwork they will cancel your appointment. They don’t use the contact info you put on the new patient paperwork to actually contact you to confirm.

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback. We used the phone number you gave us when you scheduled the appointment. I will be contacting you today to discuss this. Maggie

I will never go to another vet, the care, compassion and communication you will not find anywhere else. Because of them, Pumpkin has a fighting chance. She needed her front leg removed because of cancer, which was extremely scary and stressful. With their help and care, Pumpkin has a fighting chance. Words can’t express how grateful I am. This picture speaks a thousands words how much love is given to their patients. I’m forever grateful.

Business response:

We are so happy you chose Twin Maples for the care of miss Pumpkin ❤️ thank you so much for the kind words and we hope Pumpkin is healing well and happy at home!! We loved snuggling with her 🥰

I have taken my dogs here for years, but I don’t think I can come here anymore. I know that the office is busy, but forcing people to wait in their cars for long periods of time, overcharging them for testing that wasn’t explained, and causing anxiety in pets is uncalled for. All so that the staff can sit inside and not wear masks. I have not been contacted back several times after I was told I would be and tried to give you guys several chances over the past few weeks to make things right. I even contacted you after having ... read more

If your staff is concerned about the China virus you should have all been vaccinated. Curbside care is a ridiculous idea especially for pets with separation issues.

Highly upset. Wouldn't give my dog flea meds because she hadn't been seen in a year. With Covid 19 we cant make an appointment. She has a severe flea allergy which they are aware of and needs Bravecta. Finding a new vet ASAP

I used to take my pets there. One vet was very rude. I had a cat that was throwing up a lot but they wouldn’t listen to me. Kept saying it was just hairballs, but it wasn’t. There wasn’t any hair when he vomited. One night I found blood on my carpet and then saw that he was bleeding from his rectum so I rushed him to the emergency vet on Dryden Road. They took an X-ray and found that there was something in his intestine. They told me they would have to do surgery but that he lost so much blood (they were surprised that he ... read more

I’m very disappointed with my visit today. I called around 930 to schedule an appointment, she said get there around 4 so I could fill out paperwork. I’ve read reviews and knew to show up on time. I got there at 330 and the system is rebooting. They said they can’t find any information about an appointment for me. I show the lady my phone, proving I called and made an appointment, but that didn’t matter. Not one person in the waiting room and she sends me away. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I am flabbergasted by ... read more
