They failed to stand behind the repair of a desk they damaged. Very disappointing. Discussed with corporate, they basically said they have no control over franchisee. So , in my opinion, the name is just a name and an advertising group. You cannot expect any consistency of service.
Many pieces of furniture were damaged due to the ops supervisor refusal to listen to the drivers. We agreed to a second truck the day of pick up, but the supervisor told drivers it would all fit and to load truck. All furniture did not fit. Follow up has been less than satisfactory-in fact it has been very poor.

We did inform you prior to the move that there was a chance that we wouldn't be able to get all of the items in one truck. We then offered to provide you with an additional truck however you didn't agree with the price associated with the truck. We chose this company for a one bedroom apartment move because of the seemingly good reviews. We stressed that we needed a timely move, so we were advised to book the first one of the day at 8 AM. The movers did not show up until 9 AM and blamed it on traffic. Dispatch then told us that the moving window was between 8-10 AM and the reason was to allow for traffic. Our men make their best effort to get to the move as quickly as possible but traffic may cause delays. If I could give zero stars I would. If you like all your expensive stuff broken, being overcharged for poor service, and movers that arrive way later than scheduled definitely use this company. We used Two Men and a Truck to move 2 one bedroom apartments that were minimally furnished. They showed up really late in the day (4pm) and wound up breaking a 65 inch high end plasma TV (going for $1200 on ebay, you can't get them anymore) for which they offered only $90 to replace! 1 Star We used this company to move this past weekend from our apartment. They gave us a 3-hour window of when they would arrive to start moving; they showed up an HOUR AFTER THE END of that window already tired from a previous move. As a result, it took them nearly 6 hours to move everything from our apartment (by comparison, our previous movers have taken less than 3 hours to move our stuff from one apartment to another).
