Home purchase, refi to get rid of pmi, rate drop refi, then I made the mistake of trying another company a friend had used previously.....lets just say I came running back to Ty with renewed appreciation! I'm neurodivergent and he is really good at answering questions and explaining options. And his followup helps with my ADHD - email, text, calls and app make sure I can easily contact him or complete the paperwork (is it just an Autistic thing to HATE paperwork, or does everyone??) - easiest paperwork completion ever!

Ty was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and was incredibly communicative. He was patient with our questions as first time home buyers, and had no problem communicating whether it was through email or phone call. He was responsive and helped us ensure that we were well informed and on top of our responsibilities during the home buying process. I recently closed on a loan for a loft-condo in San Francisco and Ty made the process so very easy. He is a super nice guy, is a very effective communicator and everything went oh so smoothly without a hitch, closing in 25 days. I have a foreclosure on my record, so from that standpoint I had to swallow a higher interest rate, but Ty was able to find me a non-FHA loan, which was ideal. Loved working with Ty. He was very thorough on his part to help me prepare all the necessary documents to close on my house in a very timely fashion. He always responded quickly to my questions and it helped make it a good experience. It's a team effort to take out a loan and I'm happy Ty was on my team.
