Tyson and team made our re-fi pretty easy, doing everything except the closing by phone call, email, and docusign. We never actually met in person due to Covid. He reviewed my and my wife’s situation and made good suggestions to make it easier to get approved. After that, he turns the process to his assistants who are very responsive, and he then oversees the process. He was still available for questions. Overall a very good experience.

Tyson and his team were awesome to work with! Their portal for submitting documents was easy and fast to use. I was able to get the rate I wanted and they were always available to answer any questions I had.
We have to say that we love the service we got from Tyson. He patiently takes time to walk us through every step of the process. We did shop around other lenders and they couldn't match the interest rates Tyson was able to get us or match the responsive customer service. Highly recommend working with Tyson.
