In these unprecedented times of 2020 I would expect all sorts of problems - however this never occurred- Tyson Rondeau and his team rocked this loan by not only getting the best interest rate but their high level of communication made the process less stressful overall! My husband and I are so pleased with their professionalism and empathy towards our feelings of going through the house buying process! Kudos to Tyson and Melissa. Tyson’s team was great! They communicated with me every step of the way and always made themselves available for any questions I had. We closed quicker than anticipated and it was so easy! We have used a variety of lenders in the past for home purchases and refinaning. We usually end up picking the lender that has the best rates and in doing so we have sometimes sacrificed service. With Tyson we not only got the best rate on on investment property purchase but we got the best service. Everything was done through uploading files directly to his secure site and then signing using docusign. It was very easy.
