As a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions with the home buying process and from beginning to end Tyson and his team made it a smooth process. He kept us contact and walked us through every step of the way. I don't know why some people say buying a house is stressful because he definitely made it easy for us. Tyson and his team made refinancing my house painless. I had started to refinance with someone else and Tyson saved the day. I closed when he said I would and the entire teams customer service was AMAZING.

First of all, I want to thank Tyson and his team from American Pacific Mortgage for working hard on getting my home loan approved! Yes, they really worked hard!! Here was my situation. I’m self-employed with less than 2 years of self-employment history. When I started looking for a house, I contacted / submitted loan applications with multiple big banks and CUs. Tyson was great to work with. He worked really hard to make sure that we closed on time. Tyson and his staff made the process as painless as it possibly could be.

Tyson was on our side from day one, and always willing to explain things to us that we had questions about or were concerned about. We had some confusion with his office about what exactly they needed from us, which was a little stressful toward the end of the process, but once Tyson got involved everything was ironed out. He stepped in on our behalf between the realtors at one point, and it was great to have an advocate in him. I wish I could give 4-and-a-half stars, but apparently that's not how this site works!

Thank You Mr. Tyson Rondeau. I have rarely met a professional of the caliber of Tyson Rondeau. He is truly a master of his chosen craft. Every once in a while you come in contact with professionals that take diligence and attention to detail to levels not normally seen. Mr. Rondeau does so in spades. We last purchased a house in 2008, prior to the changes that followed the housing market troubles. Tyson is up to date on all the changes and new requirements, and was very helpful in explaining and helping us understand those changes and what was required.

My husband and I had a great experience with Tyson during the lending process. He was always there when we had questions and helped make the process go smoothly. We met him at closing and he seems like a very cool guy in person too! Would recommend Tyson and APM for your mortgage needs!
