When I first met with Tyson, he spent lots of time with me explaining the process and various financing scenarios, depending on what I might net from the sale of my house. He and his assistant Lily were most efficient getting needed documents entered and ready. LIly is an organized machine, keeping the process moving timely, as I was selling and buying the same day so a concurrent closing was well accomplished!
Tyson is an honest, straightforward guy. He is respectful of your time and situation. He is knowledgeable about all options available to you and will guide you to make the best choice.
Tyson answered all my questions and had a great support team that made the loan process flow smoothly. The online system to upload documents and email communication worked great.
