Birdeye adds capability to edit running surveys

Birdeye gives you the ability to edit surveys that you have created within your Birdeye dashboard. Editing a survey may include making changes such as modifying the survey settings or making edits to the survey question and answer choices.

Going forward, businesses will have the ability to edit survey questions even after it is running and has responses. With this new improvement, business now have the flexibility to make improvements and changes to the running survey without creating a new survey to incorporate new changes.

However, with the new change it is imperative to note that editing an 'Running' survey will have an impact on the survey response page and on the data that is collected within the 'Reports' tab.
