Birdeye announces the launch of Google Report

Birdeye has announced the launch of Google Report within the dashboard to ensure businesses are able to monitor their brand on Google and get insights on customer behaviour.

Birdeye’s Google reports show how often customers see your business on Google Search and Google Maps on a month-to-month basis. Businesses also have the ability to view how often customers interact with your business listings, whether that’s requesting directions to your offices, making calls, or visiting your website. 

To view the Google Report within your account, just make sure you have integrated your Google My Business (GMB) account with Birdeye.
