Birdeye introduces a new Review response flow

NewBirdeye has introduced a new review response flow that makes replying to a review even easier. Now, the user can either reply on the integrated third-party sources within Birdeye or get redirected to the third-party site to post the review.

Now, if the user responds to a review aggregated from a third-party site or the review microsite within Birdeye, the response will be visible on the respective review source. The In case, the integration with the third-party site is broken, the user will be redirected to the site to allow them to post a reply directly on the site. For Google or Facebook reviews, with these pages integrated with Birdeye successfully, the user can post a reply by clicking on the 'Reply' button within the dashboard. The user's response will be posted on the respective source if the pages are integrated with Birdeye.
