Birdeye has now enabled error notifications for incorrect review monitoring URLs and invalid login credentials entered for the review monitoring sites. Incorrect review monitoring URLs may cause inaccuracies in monitoring reviews at the source.

These notifications will be visible on the dashboard and on monitoring page as an error icon. This feature will help businesses to correct the review monitoring URLs on Birdeye and ensure that the reviews are being monitored without any hassle.

After the URL is added, the reviews will be monitored at the source.
