I was hired as a contractor for The Ultimate Drive-In ATX 2/3/21 and 2/4/21. On the 2/3/2021 safety/health concerns were raised about PPE in regard to painting and picking up homeless debris. While painting, instead of providing proper PPE I was told to 'close my eyes' otherwise paint would get in them.
