Absolutely awful customer service. All we needed was a basic setup and they still couldn't get it done. Very disappointed.
Absolutely terrible company. I had an event booked through them for a month and had spoken to three different people about the booking when I made it. Now, a week before the event, they tell me that they accidentally overbooked and can't do my event. Really? Three different people didn't happen to catch the mistake? Absolutely awful. For your sanity, book through someone that knows what they're doing.
Our event was a huge disaster! It was months of planning and organizing this event that was meant to promote our small private school. The idea is to bring in the public and raise awareness of our school and hopefully raise our enrollment in the process. Our tech was an hour late, had equipment he was unfamiliar with and could not get working. This event resulted in bad press for our school and will cause us more work to fix that bad press. Did a Monday Night Football game in my cul-de/sac on a 45-ft screen with about 30 neighbors and everyone loved it. Brought everyone out of their houses and had a great time!
