RecommendedCalled them last week after lighting struck near by and fired a bunch of electrical stuff. Technician was on site in hours. Was able to diagnose the issue and repair. Unfortunately while repairs were made he found the coil to be defective. It was no longe under warranty. So Like most people we had to shop around. While underwood was not the cheapest they were the most responsive and helpful. We decided to finance and have them install the new unit. RecommendedHighly recommend!! Underwood had installed my entire HVAC system a couple years ago and hasn’t missed a beat since. Recently had an emergency service call and they responded by sending a technician within a few hours. The part was acquired and the issue was resolved the next morning. I have never had a poor experience with Underwood AC and I would highly recommend them. Thank you to Heather, Jeremy, and Victor. They are polite, professional, and highly proficient. 👍🏻🫶🏻

The techs were super punctual, polite, explained everything they were doing along the way and showed me all the readings that led to their recommendations. RecommendedThese folks did a wonderful job, they replaced the air tubes under the house and made the proper connections that keep the air-flow tight without leaks.
